Warranty Information
Our warranty is special because of our method of manufacture. Clearly, bought-in components cannot normally be guaranteed for longer than the guarantee extended by the component manufacturer - in some cases only a few months and in other cases zero. We therefore warrant our own constructional workmanship for 5 years, warrant other manufacturer's components which we use for one year (subject to normal use) and promise to replace any defective component in the second year free of labour charges.
Full warranty and guarantee is supplied with each individual new product. If your equipment requires servicing or attention for any reason you should contact the retailer from whom the equipment was purchased.
If the new Sugden product you purchase does not contain a warranty card it may not carry a guarantee. The guarantee is NOT transferable and only covers the product if it is purchased in the country to which it was originally supplied.
It is our policy to make sure that when you purchase a Sugden product you can rest assured it is genuine and destined to give you many years of listening pleasure.
